Great additional admin panel
I have one of those in my Vanquest Ibex backpack. I love this pack but it lack's a bit of admin space when used as an office bag. With this panel you get a really cheap way of getting extra organisation where you need it. The only reason I just gave 4 stars is that this panel has the same problem like some other Helikon items for me. It just feels a bit off sizeways. Whatever I put in it it's either a tiny bit too small or won't fit because it's a hint too big. Together with the (just a little bit) slippery material it won't hold all items as fast as I wished for. To be fair, I mounted it sideways in the backpack so it's turned upside down sometimes. So holding heavy bits like multitools is just too much. It works perfectly with pens, rulers, smaller flashlights with clips and so on though. This thing is definitely cheap enough you can just give it a try to finally make use of all the loop lined space in your bag.
