The Direct Action BEARCAT is a minimalistic and lightweight, but still versatile plate carrier made of 4-way elastic nylon. Thanks to lightweight, yet durable softshell fabric and reduction the use of laminate to bare minimum, we were able to make one of the lightest plate carriers on the market, without limiting its functionality. Stretchable construction will allow you to fit most of the popular plate shapes, including SAPI and Swimmer Cut. On the sides of the front panel and on the shoulder straps there are elastic loops for cables, antennas etc. Thanks to system based approach to the equipment, the BEARCAT Plate Carrier is compatible with some of the accessories from the SPITFIRE system, including the CUTAWAY set.

Laser-slit MOLLE/PALS system
System allows high modularity of personal equipment with horizontal webbing that allows attaching pouches and other equipment with laser cut vertical slits. Webbing is standardized and compatible with all the producers that use it. Main advantage is smaller weight and low profile.

The pattern became recognized and wide spread by efficient concealing of size and shape of camouflaged object, acceptance of background shadows and balanced relation between color scale and contrast.
PenCott digital camouflage
PenCott GreenZone, Badlands, Snowdrift and Sandstorm are digital camouflages produced by the UK company Hyde Definition. Pattern elements achieve a three dimensional effect; the illusion of depth. Digital camo means non-curvy transitions between tones (squares and rectangular shapes). Camouflage is multi-fractal, meaning it carries a micro-pattern (close range), a macro-pattern (long range), and an innovative midi-pattern (middle range). This ensures that the PenCott continues to conceal the user whether he is few meters away or 400.
