well made
after using the british army hexi cookers for years camping etc this is my thoughts on the cooker. it is very well made and does the same as the british cooker only with more a more sturdy feel to it. it is very well made and i can see this lasting for many years with no issues. when using gel fuels, hexi blocks twigs etc it does boil water very quick (about 12 mins for 1 litre of water) and the adjustablity of the arms to suit mess tins, mugs cups or even steel canteens is a welcome addition. overall it is worth having in your pack, car or truck as if the gas runs low or you just want a superlight daypack this will serve you well.
