The new Morakniv knife has been designed to avoid sinking of the knife when used in water. The orange version knife has a 94 mm long serrated blade and blunt, safe tip, while the lime version has a straight edge with a drop point. Cork handle prevents the knife from sinking (the knife floats) and provides proper grip even when wet.

Stainless steel blade
Stainless steel blade is in comparison with carbon less rigid and easier to sharpen, but cannot have the same sharpness as the latter. Stainless steel works better against corrosion and rust. Definitively the optimal choice if you don't want to (or can't) oil the blade, if you use it at the seaside, work with food etc.
