Lightweight multifunctional sleeping bag liner made of polycotton can be used as a standalone sleeping bag for warm summer nights or as an internal insert for a sleeping bag. When used as an insert, it adds a bit of extra insulation to your sleeping bag and at the same time protects it from wear and dirt. These liners are durable, wear resistant and can be machine washed at 60 °C. Same as commercial Carinthia product, but with NFC chip as it was specially designed for Slovenian Army.

outstanding
a very well made and robust liner with tie down points a great zip and the n.f.c chip makes this the most technical liner i have ever seen. the fabric is so strong it well almost without doubt handle the wet muddy boots of hikers,climbers and military personnal all over the world. its worth buying to protect your slocam defence 1 or 4 rather than destroy your bag.

Tough like a sleeping bag of its own
I have several liners from different brands but this one feels way tougher and thicker. Almost like the fabric light BDUs are made of. And the hardware (a.k.a. zippers) mean business. You can easily rip the liner open without dealing any damage.
Even if you don't need the extra insulation it's always a good idea to use the liner because it will protect your sleeping bag from sweat and dirt. (Remember, the system was made for military users and will be brilliant on outdoor adventures. So it's very likely that you will step into it with your muddy outdoor clothes on.)
This liner will help to prolong the life of your sleeping bag by a lot. While it's possible to wash sleeping bags, even the toughest of them are not made to withstand the wear and tear inside a washing machine very often. That's especially true for the stuffing.
Of course this liner will work with every sleeping bag but keep in mind that the Defence system has it's own layout for zippers and breathing hole so it might be a bit tricky to align them. In the Defence system you have loops where you can attach the liner so it works like a charm.
