Perunika Tourniquet holder pouch is designed to fix and hold your tourniquet on your equipment. You can secure the tourniquet on backpacks, body armour etc. with MOLLE or you can fix it to Velcro. The holder has a rigid plate to fix on MOLLE and two elastic bands for tourniquet fixation. Velcro panel on one side can fix the holder to any Velcro panel or on the inner side of a tactical belt.

Simplistic and functional
I use different tourniquet holders on my gear so I think I have a valid overview over valid options.
This one is really minimalistic. You have the two mounting loops and the connector - that's it. But actually, that's all you need. The elastics are very tough and they don't seem to loosen soon.
The connector works well with PALS webbing as well as with velcro loops, so you have your options.
The fact, that the elastics can be had in genuine MultiCam is another nice bonus - it might only be a tiny detail but details do matter.
If I need another tourniquet holder, I'll go for this one.
