Where do we ship?
We ship all around the globe. If by any chance your country is not on the list of available countries, please write to us: [email protected].
Shipping costs?
Delivery costs for all countries, except Slovenia, are are based on the weight of the package and destination. You can see the exact delivery costs at the checkout without the need to finish the order. Within EU there is free delivery for order above 200 €!
Within EU we send packages either with International Post or GLS (except Malta and Cyprus). Outside EU we send packages via DHL Express and International Post, except for Turkey, Norway, Serbia, Monaco and Switzerland, where GLS is also an available courier.
Perunika guarantees the best shipping costs possible. For some countries international post is a cheaper option and for other GLS is cheaper. Please choose your country at the checkout and check the available prices and options.
Delivery times?
Parcels are sent directly to your address after receiving the order and payment. The expected delivery time in working days after sending the parcel:
EU countries: 2-7
Other countries: 5-14
How long before my order is shipped?
1. Products in stock:
Products in stock at Perunika store are dispatched within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment.
2. Products in stock at supplier:
Some products are not in stock in Perunika store but are in stock with our supplier and can be still ordered. The dispatch time stated against each product provides an estimate of how long it will take to dispatch an item in working days. We often outperform these estimates.
In worst case scenario the product is currently unavailable and cannot be ordered:
In this case we still encourage you to contact us at [email protected] and we will check the availability manually and see what can be arranged.
Where is my order?
All packages are trackable. However, the tracking code is not automatically provided to you. If you haven't received your order in the estimated delivery time, please inform us on [email protected] and we will send you the tracking code.
Tax and Customs?
1. European Union:
No duty has to be paid for delivery addresses inside the European Union. All listed products prices include VAT.
2. Other countries:
If the delivery address is outside the European Union, the VAT charges will be removed at the checkout (Tax Free Shopping outside the EU).
If you live outside the European Union we advise you to contact your local customs to gain information about their policies on import.
Payment options?
We receive payments by:
- PayPal
- Credit/Debit Card
- Wire Bank Transfer.
If you are paying by Wire Bank Transfer, please include the following information:
- Order reference/number (provided to you after the purchase)
- IBAN: SI56 6100 0000 5034 259
- BIC/SWIFT: HDELSI22
The wire transfer might take up to 5 working days to reach us. Once the payment has been matched, your order will be packed and shipped out. You will receive all information about conducting the wire bank transfer on your email address after the purchase.
Returns policy?
At Perunika we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. We are more than happy for you to return any of our goods for a refund of the item price within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are in resellable condition with any packaging and labels intact. You must contact us by email on [email protected] within 14 days of the item being delivered. Note: for EU countries we offer a 100% refund (together with all shipping costs). For countries outside EU we cannot guarantee a full shipping costs return due to import, customs and logistics reasons and costs.
Which items can be refunded?
- Items returned to us within 14 days of the delivery.
- Items returned to us in perfect condition, with their original packaging and with the labels attached.
- For EU countries we offer a 100% refund (together with all shipping costs).
- For countries outside EU we cannot guarantee a full shipping costs return due to import, customs and logistics reasons and costs.
How to return?
Contact us by email on [email protected] and let us know you are returning items.

Refunds?
We'll refund your item via your original payment method.
We try our best to process all refunds within 24 hours after receiving the items, however during busy periods allow 3 working days for your refund.
When we've completed your refund, we'll send you an email to let you know.
Cancelling before dispatch?
To cancel your order before dispatch, we recommend that you contact us by phone or e-mail [email protected] as soon as you can after placing your order, and we'll do our best to cancel your order before it's dispatched.
The customer has a right to cancel the order, but Perunika is not liable to return the Paypal, credit card or other fees that have occurred in these instances. If the customer cancels the order while it has been shipped already, Perunika has a right not to return shipping costs or other costs that have occurred (customs, return costs etc.).
