MultiCam is a camouflage pattern, designed for usage in many different environments. It was developed by Crye Precision company and is used by law enforcement and armed forces in more than 25 states. MultiCam is one of the most copied patterns on the market, but only the real MultiCam provides the same quality, distinguished by color durability, optimal shades and minimal IR detectability. The pattern became recognized and wide spread by efficient concealing of size and shape of camouflaged object, acceptance of background shadows and balanced relation between color scale and contrast.
PenCott digital camouflage
PenCott Wildwood, GreenZone, Badlands, Sandstorm and Snowdrift are digital camouflages produced by the UK company Hyde Definition. Pattern elements achieve a three dimensional effect; the illusion of depth. Digital camo means non-curvy transitions between tones (squares and rectangular shapes). Camouflage is multi-fractal, meaning it carries a micro-pattern (close range), a macro-pattern (long range), and an innovative midi-pattern (middle range). From Forest Runs to Drone Control: A Hands-On Gear Review
Velikost torbice je popolna za moje potrebe. Vanjo spravim Helikon-Tex Windrunner vetrovko, kapo, volnene liner rokavice in telefon.
Ko tečem po območjih, kjer se pričakuje sprehajalce s psi, vanjo pospravim tudi sprej za medvede. Obenem spravim še telefon, in še vedno ostane precej prostora. Včasih tečem po gozdu in mimogrede treniram streljanje z airsoft replikami; takrat brez težav vanjo spravim airsoft repliko CZ Shadow 2 skupaj z rezervnimi CO2 bombicami in kroglicami, pa tudi lističe za tarče ter pritrdilne žebljičke. Poleg tega lahko brez težav spravim še kontroler za DJI drona, medtem ko dron nosim v Osprey Duro tekaškem nahrbtniku.
Torbica deluje zelo trpežno in bo verjetno zdržala okoli 10 let. Oblikovana je precej nevpadljivo.
Ker je torbica nekoliko širša, jo je potrebno pravilno obtežiti. Težji in ploščati predmeti naj bodo bližje telesu, sicer med tekom poskakuje, kar predstavlja eno od njenih slabosti. Druga pomanjkljivost je, da torbica ni najbolj primerna za ljudi z atletsko postavo, saj je pas, tudi če ga povsem skrajšaš, še vedno dokaj širok. Poleg tega je pas širok le okoli 2 cm, kar povzroči, da torbica med tekom nekoliko poskakuje, če so v njej težji predmeti, ki niso ustrezno razporejeni.
I bought this bag mainly for running, as the zipper on my previous one broke, and I needed a replacement.
The size of the bag is perfect for my needs. I can fit a Helikon-Tex Windrunner windbreaker, a hat, wool liner gloves, and my phone inside.
When running in areas where I expect to encounter dog walkers, I can also carry a bear spray in it. Additionally, I carry my phone, and there's still plenty of space left. Sometimes I run through the forest and simultaneously practice shooting with airsoft replicas; in those cases, I can easily fit an airsoft replica CZ Shadow 2 along with spare CO2 cartridges and pellets, as well as target papers and small nails for fixing them. Furthermore, I can fit a controller for a DJI drone without any trouble, while carrying the drone itself in an Osprey Duro running vest.
The bag seems very durable and will likely last around 10 years. Its design is quite discreet.
Since the bag is a bit wider, it needs to be properly loaded. Heavier and flatter items should be closer to the body, otherwise it bounces while running, which is one of its drawbacks. Another downside is that the bag is not ideally suited for people with an athletic build, as the strap, even when fully tightened, remains fairly loose. Moreover, the strap is only about 2 cm wide, which makes the bag bounce a bit more during running if heavier items inside are not well-distributed.
