Latest generation of Templar's Gear Crusader Plate Carrier ROC (Gen 4.1) is an improved advanced tactical vest designed to combine low weight with maximum user comfort. It's made of Cordura 500D IRR treated, and consists of a front and back panels which are joined with a Rapid Open Connector system. ROC allows rapid opening in an emergency, while the shoulder pads are adjustable with velcro.
Plate carrier is designed to carry SAPI/ESAPI ballistic plates in two velcro-fastened pockets. It has laser cut MOLLE/PALS slots throughout the entire surface, while zippers on the back panel allow installation of zip-on panels. It has foam spacers on the inside, which together with a stiffened skeletal structure of the wide cummerbund belt ensure excellent air circulation and comfort.

Material Cordura 500D
Cordura is the brand name for a collection of nylon fabrics used in a wide array of products including luggage, backpacks, trousers, military wear and performance apparel, developed by DuPont company. Cordura fabrics are known for their durability and resistance to abrasions, tears and scuffs.
Available in MultiCam pattern
MultiCam is a camouflage pattern, designed for usage in many different environments. It was developed by Crye Precision company and is used by law enforcement and armed forces in more than 25 states. MultiCam is one of the most copied patterns on the market, but only the real MultiCam provides the same quality, distinguished by color durability, optimal shades and minimal IR detectability. The pattern became recognized and wide spread by efficient concealing of size and shape of camouflaged object, acceptance of background shadows and balanced relation between color scale and contrast.
Laser cut MOLLE/PALS system
System allows high modularity of personal equipment with horizontal webbing that allows attaching pouches and other equipment with laser cut vertical slits. Webbing is standardized and compatible with all the producers that use it. Main advantage is smaller weight and low profile.
Gambeson lining
Almost all Templar's Gear vests are based on Gambeson lining. It is created by laminating Coolmax and closed-cell foam together. Additionally, the elements are shaped in such a way as to ensure adequate air circulation and improve the thermal comfort of the user.
Baucent laminate
Baucent – this was the name of the banner proudly used by the Templars. We are equally proud of our 560D Cordura-based textile laminate, named after the banner. Baucent laminate has been developed to our exact instructions specifically for use in laser cutting. It has very high mechanical parameters, is resistant to abrasion and is manufactured in Poland using innovative technology.
